Chapel built in the 12th century on the ruins of a Gallo-Roman temple. A spring gushes forth from the site. Near the chapel, a cave once occupied by hermits provides a cool spot. The entire site is listed.
A major pilgrimage site until the mid-20th century, dedicated to Saint-Vérédème, it was abandoned and then overgrown.
An initiative was launched to restore the site and showcase its magical location and beauty.
Free of charge.
