Bosquet Park

One of the many parks of the city of Alès
At the foot of the Vauban Fort, which dominates the city, lie the Bosquet gardens, with playgrounds for children and public benches under century-old trees.
This park has a rose garden, a magnificent avenue of hydrangeas of different varieties, fountains and shaded areas for relaxation.

The novelty: "Les Terrasses du Bosquet": ethnobotanical and acclimatization garden. It is a place of 3000 m² of which 2000 m² of gardens are dedicated to botanical studies and knowledge sharing.
The Terrasses du Bosquet are divided into different areas and offer visitors an overview of the gardening methods of yesterday and today. You will be able to discover, among others, the garden of Marie, the medieval garden and two acclimatization gardens.
