Animal garden of Mialet

The animal garden of Mialet is an animal park installed near the Gardon and the Abarines bridge. Come and discover with your family all the animals of the park and its attractions, the time of a pleasant and playful visit in the shade of hundred-year-old trees.
The animals of the park: 300 animals of 50 different species: horses, donkeys, goats and miniature sheep in the unique contact park in the South of France, but also alpacas, zebus, kangaroos, ferrets, chinchillas, poultry, ducks, geese, turkeys, parrots, parakeets and exotic birds, etc.

During your visit, discover also along the one kilometer long course in the Japanese garden, the electric mini-cars track and the little train of the Far West, a rare model from 1967, unique in the South of France. Climb aboard and enjoy an original moment in its western decor.
At the exit of the park, in the smily park, merry-go-round, push-push and giant slide with double bumps for the joy of children.

Duration of the visit 1h to 1h30.
In case of bad weather or heavy rain, the park is closed.

We also offer children's courses on approaching and discovering the animals up close. On the program: approaching the animals, explanations, feeding, petting, miniature animals, alpacas, guinea pigs, kangaroos... with animal trainers.
Age : from 6 to 14 years old.

The courses take place during the school vacations.
