All year round. From 2 January to 26 April: Mondays: remote service (telephone, email and chat) from 10:00 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 17:30. Open during the winter holidays. Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 17:30. Saturdays: from 10:00 to 13:00. Closed on public holidays. From 27/04 to 31/05 Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 18:00. Saturdays from 10:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 17:00. Public holidays (except 1 May) and Sunday 31 May from 10:00 to 13:00 From 1 June to 9 July Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. From 10 July to 23 August Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. (until 7 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays). Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. Sundays and public holidays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. From 24/08 to 20/09 Monday to Friday from 10am to 1pm and from 3pm to 6pm. Saturdays from 10am to 1pm and from 3pm to 6pm From 21/09 to 01/11 Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. Saturdays: from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Closed on public holidays. From 2 November to 31 December Mondays: remote service (telephone, email and chat) from 10 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. Open during the Christmas holidays. Tuesday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Closed on public holidays.
