Immerse yourself in the canyons of Gard and Hérault, Lozère and Aveyron

Canyoning? You progress on foot in a river, equipped with a neoprene wetsuit, harness and helmet, under the expert guidance of your state-certified instructor.

In small groups of ten or so, you'll walk, swim, jump, slide down natural toboggans, abseil down waterfalls or zip-line down the river. These are the ingredients of our canyons in the Cévennes.

In the Aigoual massif and in the hinterland of Montpellier, just a stone's throw from La Comédie, there are several places where you can practice canyoning. They vary according to season and level.

Canyoning with Cigale Aventure means thrills for young and old alike (from age 7/8 upwards), with courses adapted to different ages. You can go canyoning in Hérault, Gard, Aveyron or Lozère, for a half-day or a full day, as a family, solo or with friends.
