In Pré-en-Pail-Saint-Samson, a large family home combining authenticity and modern comfort, situated in a peaceful setting halfway between Paris and Brittany. With its vast interior spaces, two convivial lounges, billiards table and outdoor facilities, the house is ideal for welcoming families and friends. It can comfortably accommodate up to 9 travellers + 1 baby, in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The swimming pool is available from spring onwards.

On the ground floor
Le Grand Mesnil offers a spacious lounge with a large sofa, a library and a large table that can seat 10 guests, as well as a pool table for relaxing moments. A second, cosier lounge has a sofa, armchairs, a wood-burning stove and a TV with Canal+. The spacious, fully-equipped kitchen has a large fridge-freezer, a china cabinet with all the necessary utensils, a Nespresso and filter coffee machine, and a table for at least 8 people. A separate WC with washbasin completes this level.

Outside and facilities:
The house opens onto a large garden ideal for relaxing. A terrace equipped with a large table for 10 people, chairs, parasol and gas barbecue with utensils invites you to dine al fresco. For leisure activities, there is a table tennis table and a petanque area. The swimming pool will be built this winter so that it can be open as soon as spring arrives.

Le Grand Mesnil is perfectly suited to family holidays, thanks to its wide open spaces and friendly facilities. Games, billiards and outdoor activities offer plenty of options for young and old alike.
A cot and high chair are available to make the stay easier for families with young children.
