Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, microwave....Kitchen opening onto the living room, with television. One bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190, above a bed 90 x 190, a large bathroom. Free loan of cot.

The gîte has a large private garden to the rear, separated by shrubs and facing the canal, terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs.
Heated, secure swimming pool.

Numerous outdoor games: football, badminton, volleyball, table tennis, darts.... on 2 hectares of land.

Bicycles and rowing boat available for outings.
