Nature walks and gatherings in the splendid park of the Château du Martreil in Maine-et-Loire.
You will be guided by Michel Kotenkoff, a specialist in edible wild plants.
Return around 3.30pm to one of the château's outbuildings to prepare and cook your harvest. Before that, you'll make a giant herbarium on a table, grouping the plants by species and naming them. This is an invaluable step towards better memory.
