The house offers spacious accommodation, sleeping 12 with new, quality bedding, a large garden with trees, two boxes, a floodlit arena and grass paddocks for those wishing to bring their horses. The sand quarry can also be used as a playground (volleyball, badminton, etc.).

As a guarantee of quality, we are rated 3 stars by the meublé de tourisme label.

First floor:
A fully-equipped kitchen, with a large table for your breakfasts or meals, and a wood-burning insert if you want to eat by the fire.
A large veranda, with a living room featuring two large sofas, television, a large table for 14 people and access to the terrace.
A shower room with toilet.
Another living room, with table soccer, speaker and television.
A bedroom, with a 160x200 double bed, a desk and a closet. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and sink.

1st floor:
Bedroom with double bed (160x200), closet. A bedroom with a 180x200 double bed, cupboards and closet. One bedroom with bunk bed (max. weight 90kg for top bunk). Separate toilet. Bathroom with bathtub and double washbasin.

2nd floor :
A large staircase divides in two a dormitory with two double beds 160x200 and two single beds 90X190.

Outside:
A terrace, with a large table, parasol, barbecue and chiliennes.
Children's play area with swing and slide.
The estate is planted with fruit trees.

If you'd like to bring your own horses, there's an area dedicated to horses: two boxes, a sand arena and grass paddocks. The cost of renting this space is to be agreed together.
Pets are allowed, but not on the sofas or beds, and please keep the grounds clean.

The estate is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. There is a bedroom on the first floor, but the shower room does not allow wheelchair access.

Facilities :
Racket games, badminton rackets, volleyball net with ball. Facilities for young children: cot, high chair, bathtub, potty. Bed linen and towels provided, beds made up on arrival.

Arrival and departure times are flexible, depending on requests and availability.
