Vendée Yourte - Tiny house "Melomatt"

The term "Tiny House" comes from the English words "tiny" and "house". Together, they describe a small, original, mobile home that invites you to experience voluntary simplicity. Born in the United States in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in the 2000s, the aim of this trend is to live more simply, more frugally and more respectfully of the environment.

In 2017, the Tiny House arrived in France, offering a complete change of scenery with cosy comfort and meticulously crafted decoration. A real invitation to discover another way of living, while enjoying a warm and comfortable space.

Sleeping up to 6 people, the Tiny House consists of :

Two bedrooms upstairs: a double bed (140×190) and two single beds (90×190).

A sitting area that converts into an extra bed (140×190) for a comfortable night's sleep.

For authenticity's sake, the toilets and showers are outside the Tiny House. A dry toilet is also located in the centre of the property, in keeping with the spirit of the unusual room.

You have access to a private kitchen, equipped for your meals (with the exception of Wonderbox, Abracadaroom or Smartbox gift boxes). The Tiny also has a 5-litre mini-reserve of cold water for greater autonomy.

Meet Pascal and Valérie, the creators of this Tiny House, and discover the fascinating stages in its local manufacture. In fact, this house was built on site by them, to give you an even more authentic experience.
