Gite converted in 2014 in a small village house. Ground floor: living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 x 140cm bed, 2 x 90cm bunk beds), shower room, WC. Enclosed landscaped garden of 25 m² with garden shed, terrace (deckchairs, garden furniture, barbecue). Grocery shop 50m away in the village, restaurant 100m away and bike hire at "La grand 'Métairie" campsite, open from April to September. Le Cairn (prehistoric site and starting point for dolmen-themed walks) 500m away. Departures for cycling circuits and possibility of joining the Vélodyssée. Water sports 7 km away. Optional extras: End-of-stay cleaning: €40/stay; 2-person bed linen hire: €12/stay; 1-person bed linen hire: €10/stay; bathroom linen hire: €8/stay.
Additional charge: Tourist tax. Electric heating on general meter reading (deduction of 8 kWh per day for current consumption), to be paid to the owner.
