Private landscaped garden of 200 m², terrace and covered area of 30 m² (garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue), children's play area (swing, table tennis).

Heated wooden swimming pool (7.4x4m) with exotic wood decking (open from June to September).
Spa and hammam in separate chalet (on request at €15/hour).
Baby equipment available on request.

Gîte located at the foot of Mont des Alouettes. Optional extras: End-of-stay cleaning: €80/stay; 2-person bed linen hire: €24/stay; 1-person bed linen hire: €12/stay.
Additional charges: Visitor's tax; Electric heating on general meter reading on heating (deduction of 8kWh per day for current consumption) to be paid to the owner.
