Renovated house adjoining another gîte located in a market town, in a complex of 5 gîtes in one hectare of wooded grounds. Separate entrance. Ground floor: lounge/living room/kitchen, utility room, wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140×190 & 2 beds 90×190), shower room/wc. Wifi internet access. The gîte has 700 m² of private landscaped grounds, with parking space.

Independent outdoor facilities: terrace, garden furniture, parasol, plancha.

Indoor facilities and comforts: Wifi. Baby equipment (cot, high chair, bath) can be provided free of charge on request.

On site and shared with two other gîtes: A private unsupervised heated swimming pool (5x10m) open from 15 June to 15 September.

Common to all 5 gîtes : One-hectare wooded park, children's play structure, badminton net (with rackets and shuttlecocks), geocaching activity for children (treasure hunt). Options: End-of-stay cleaning: €80/stay; Sheet hire for 1 or 2 people: €12/stay. Towels not provided.
Pet supplement: €20/pet/week.

In the village: Paying tennis court and free-access multisports pitch 100 metres away, multi-service shop (bar, tobacconist, FDJ, grocery shop, bread deposit, bank withdrawal point), takeaway snack bar, hiking trails.
