'Maison Diamantée' (Diamond House)

Description

The Maison Diamantée may pride itself on being the most beautiful private mansion in Marseille, but it is not rich in precious stones.
It owes its name to the bosses, cut into points representing diamonds, which decorate its facade and was built from 1570. The interior decoration is an example of mannerism.

It houses municipal services and is not open to the public.
