In the heart of Noailles. Julia Summat (culinary journalist) welcomes you in her grocery store where she tries to commune, to share, to exchange, through exhibitions and animations to make known producers and craftsmen.
Tartar with tarragon mayonnaise and large fries, linguine with scampi, artichokes stuffed with lamb, maftoul tabbouleh with vinette thorns, spring salad... zucchini, beans, peas, snow peas, fresh basil pesto, fresh ricotta and golden croutons...
We serve at the table from opening to closing. The menus follow one another. The one for breakfast, lunch and then for the afternoon...
