Eglise Saint-Ferréol

Description

The Augustinian monks installed in 1369 built a gothic church completed in 1588. This church became a parish in 1803 under the name of Saint Ferréol, former bishop of Marseille.
The baptistery, built during this period, is located in the first side chapel on the right. The pebble pavement, below, recalls the descent of the waters. To see : the three paintings by Serre, the pulpit, the high altar in polychrome marble, the reliquary bust of Saint-Ferréol (18th century) and the altar of the Portefaix.

Opening times: every day from 9am to 12pm and from 3pm to 6pm, Tuesday and Wednesday from 12pm to 2pm. Parish priest : Xavier Autonès.

Thursday at 12:30 pm
Monday to Friday at 18h
Saturday at 6pm
Sunday at 9:30am and 11am
