In imagining the Fioupelan, we wished to create a restaurant which resembles us and to propose you a kitchen which we like. A cuisine with flavors of the South, a simple, authentic cuisine where local products are honored, these craftsmen, these farmers who embellish our plates.

You will find on our menu products of yesteryear concocted in the respect of the culinary traditions of the past but also revisited products.
