Very bright, quiet and refurbished in 2017, the house offers an unobstructed view of the port and harbor of Marseille, from one of its two terraces, one with a small garden (19m2 and 53m2).
Close to shops, two bus stops, "Velib", the sea, beaches and numerous restaurants, including several well-known ones.


A little extra: if you fancy a swim without going all the way to the nearest beach, the "Vallon des Auffes seawater pool" is right under the bridge;
Tourist brochures, useful addresses, instructions for household appliances and other useful information are all available.


Entire dwelling with terrace and small garden, plus private interior courtyard for bicycles or strollers. A car is not essential for visiting Marseille during the day.
