The restaurant is first and foremost a refined setting, decorated with traditional raw materials (wood, steel, concrete) to showcase Japanese cuisine, and a pool lit by fiber optics to create an atmosphere of plenitude.
The restaurant offers sushi (at the bar or at the tables d'hôtes) and temporas à la minute, as well as a variety of vegetables, fish and meats prepared on tepanaki plates, a veritable show kitchen.
