La Cantine participative de la Casa Consolat

"This is not a restaurant...but an associative project aiming at offering the possibility of a healthy diet based on simple principles.
Particular attention is paid to the local origin of the products, being in season and coming from an agriculture respectful of the environment. All this at an affordable price to demonstrate in a concrete way that eating well is not only a luxury for a certain segment of the population, but something accessible to all.

This accessibility is made possible thanks to a price range that ensures the viability of the activity. This range is composed of a minimum price, close to the cost price, an average price and a support price. The choice is yours!

In the associative spirit that animates us, we open the Canteen to proposals coming from volunteers and from all people who want to put on an apron and get into the kitchen! In the dining room, too, we find a friendly atmosphere: large tables bring together friends and strangers, people from here and elsewhere, people passing through and long-time Marseilles residents.

Casa Consolat wants to be an associative place registered in an eco-responsible, solidary and social project, seeking to project itself in an economic model where the human relationship is primordial, where the opening to the outside is the engine of an enrichment, where the ecological approach is synonymous with accessibility (in a concern of sustainable development).
