After 5 years on rue d'Italie and 14 years on rue Sainte, I'm off to the C.A.M. quay with my partner Virginie for a new adventure. We will continue to work with rigor, honesty, taste, choice of products and the promotion of our gastronomic heritage.
Our cuisine is straightforward, based solely on fresh produce, wild fish and pure-bred meat, favoring short and local circuits wherever possible, with the utmost transparency, without forgetting the epicurean side that is so dear to us.
We work with a young, motivated and learning team. We will always do our utmost to make your meal an enjoyable experience. We may have to wait a while or run out of stock, but "home-made" cooking always has its ups and downs.
Our service is relaxed and professional, with the aim of always listening to you.
We've been a Maîtres Cuisiniers de France, caterer and home chef, since 2018.
We can open weekday evenings and weekends by arrangement.
