


New restaurant opened in the Camas district whose menu will vary according to the seasons and desires, with a strong Asian influence (including India), while keeping a Mediterranean base.
The products are fresh, the eggs are organic, the chicken is red label: all homemade.
Examples of specialties: Chennai red curry, fennel and grilled tofu with spices. Greek salad Uelese style (the chef is from New Zealand): roasted eggplant cubes, feta, pan-fried tomatoes, black olives, coriander and mint. Half-cooked mackerel filet on a Spanish ajo blanco sauce.
Range of drinks 80% organic with local products.
Three breakfast formulas:
5,50€ coffee or long coffee, fruit juice and toast
6,50 € double coffee or tea or hot chocolate, fruit juice and toast
7,50 € coffee with juice and toast
Extra charge for squeezed orange 1,50
Adult menu: 30 € Breakfast: 5.50 to 7.50 €.
