Description
The promontory of Puech du Mus overlooking the Cernon valley and the village of Ste-Eulalie de Cernon, has been excavated by Philippe Gruat for more than 10 years. An imposing Celt oppidum of the 5th century BC is discovered. Powerful aristocrats in trade with the Mediterranean basin occupied this site.
