Overlooking a magnificent panorama of the Ecouves national forest, this cottage benefits from an ideal location at the crossroads of hiking trails (GR22, Chemin de Saint Michel, GR 36 and Vélocénie) and a few kilometers from Alençon. You can enjoy the leisure facilities at the nearby campsite. Nearby, 5000 m² fishing pond (roach, carp and pike) and swimming (with boat) free, unsupervised access. House with one floor. Ground floor : kitchen open to a living room, living room and dining room, bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 cm and adjoining bathroom, separate toilet. Floor : bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 cm, bedroom with two single beds 90 x 190 cm, toilet with sink. Large plot of 3.5 ha with a portico. Possibility of accommodating up to 6 horses (5€/horse/day), hay provided. Horseback riding: on site from June. Dog kept on a leash outside (unfenced area); possible droppings on lawns and interior paths collected, hygienic walk outside the property very easy to access
