An exceptional environment on a 6 ha property surrounded by horse pastures on the edge of the Ecouves forest with the GR36, this cottage has been decorated in a warm mountain atmosphere with pine walls, red curtains and a kitchen in ash. Don't miss the Nordic bath at 40°C at night, even in winter, to enjoy the tranquility and listen to the nocturnal wildlife!!! It is restorative and relaxing after a day of walking in the forest, jogging or cycling; Rental of 2 mountain bikes and/or 2 hybrid bikes on site, 25 euros per day. Walking and cycling routes provided. We set off on forest paths and small country roads every week and we can give you many ideas for walks. Early arrival or delayed departure: 25 euros per hour (any hour started is due).

Ground floor: large living room with lounge and fitted kitchen (pellet stove), bedroom with trellis over corridor window (double bed 160 cm), bedroom (double bunk bed with single bed), bathroom water, separate WC. 2 terraces. Pellet and electric heating. Spring water supply. SCANDINAVIAN BATH 40°c exterior 6 people that you will have the joy of setting out (around 3 hours) for 3 evenings. POOL (9.3x3.5m, depth 1m20) private from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (shared with owner beyond) + 10 p.m. for 2 nights, and heated from May to mid-September. Terrace 100 m2. Swing, WEBER gas barbecue. Land with small, partially enclosed garden surrounded by meadows. Price for 5 people. If exceeded: supplement of €40/person/day. In addition Bohemian caravan (double bed 160 cm in alcove): €290/week, €120/weekend and €60/night extra, opposite the gîte, exclusively rented with the gîte. OR A CAPACITY: 7 PEOPLE IN TOTAL.
