This traditional Toulouse market takes place every day except Monday from 7am to 1pm.
Located on the city's left bank, it is the only covered market in Toulouse to have retained its original state. This unique feature lends the market a popular, friendly atmosphere, and a charm reminiscent of the city's Spanish influence. Around thirty stallholders offer a wide choice of fresh produce: fruit and vegetables, meat and cooked meats, cheeses, fish, seafood, bread, spices and olives. On Mondays, the usual day off, the market hall is not completely idle, as it houses a book market under its canopies all day long.
