Chaudron d'lait, produits laitiers biologiques

GAEC BILLARD is a 90-cow dairy farm in Chaudron-en-Mauges.
This family farm has 4 partners: Armelle, Nicolas, Manon and Jérémy.
The farm has been organic since May 2018.

Dairy products are sold directly from the farm every Friday evening from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.

Our dairy products:

- Yoghurts are made from whole milk pasteurised in a bain-marie, packaged in 125g plastic tubs or 5kg returnable buckets. We use organic cane sugar and natural flavourings (pineapple, strawberry, lemon, vanilla, apricot, coconut, cherry, blueberry, mango, tangerine, banana and raspberry) to create a yoghurt with an authentic taste.

- The fromage blanc is made from pasteurised whole milk and after draining for 1? hours, it is beaten and packaged in 1 and 5 kg returnable buckets.

- The vanilla, caramel and chocolate dessert creams are made with pasteurised whole milk.
We use natural organic flavourings for the vanilla and caramel creams, with no added colourings or additives. The chocolate cream is made with Fairtrade cocoa and chocolate bars for a delicious dessert.
