This church was built in the Romanesque style. Originally, the building comprised an east-facing semi-circular sanctuary, extended to the west by a single nave. A massive bell tower, in the shape of a square tower, served as a watchtower and defense tower, and was leaning against the southern flank of the building's entrance. The apse, pierced by three narrow round-headed windows, has been raised to around a third of its original height. The few remains from the 13th and 15th centuries bear witness to lateral additions, including a northern chapel, the existence of which is attested by the beginning of a pointed arch still visible on the nave.
