Out of season, she invites you to embark on a culinary tour of Morocco, Spain, Turkey and even further afield, with dishes full of sunshine and generosity.
On the menu: tasty lemon chicken, traditional tajine, oxtail simmered with chickpeas, spicy chorizo sauces, Turkish-style meatballs, African fish soup, fragrant coconut chicken, curried shrimp? and many other delights to discover!
And for lovers of comfort food, Marylène also prepares a pot-au-feu or beef and carrots ?just like at Mamie?s?, depending on your mood.
