On the first floor, the gîte is designed to accommodate people with reduced mobility; the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom have been adapted for this purpose.
First floor: kitchen, lounge, bedroom with 160x190 bed, bathroom (accessible from bedroom), laundry room, WC.
The first floor comprises a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a cot, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, a 3rd bedroom with 3 single beds and a bathroom with WC.

Baby equipment is available.

- 20 min from Clécy, La Souleuvre or Les Roches d'Oëtre
- 1h30 from Mont-Saint-Michel

The gîte is located in the countryside, about 2 km from the village of Saint-Germain-du-Crioult.
The houses are not numbered, but are indicated by the small Gîte de Landemeure signs.
