In the heart of the city, close to Place Grenette, the residence is ideally located for enjoying Grenoble's historic center. Just a stone's throw from the tramway and shops, and a 10-minute walk from the train station.
Built in 2007, the 65 apartments are perfectly soundproofed and air-conditioned.
The apartments are fully furnished and include an office area for the convenience of our business clientele, air conditioning, television and a kitchen equipped with electric hob, microwave and refrigerator.

Sustainable tourism
RESIDHOTEL is committed to implementing a CSR policy through concrete actions. CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) covers all the practices put in place by a company to respect the principles of sustainable development, i.e. to be economically viable, have a positive impact on society and respect the environment. RESIDHOTEL has already implemented: Participation in the TOO GOOD TO GO movement against food waste. Sales of "real and good" products that meet local and eco-responsible requirements (Made in France and recyclable glass packaging). Waste-reducing packaging (soap dispensers, PDJ food dispensers, etc.) Use of non-energy-guzzling LEDs in all our establishments. Clean outdoor surfaces with clear water. Reduced water flow from taps. Paper tablecloths. Good thermal insulation of your establishment. Motion detector lighting. Containers for waste sorting and recycling. Elimination of cups. For breakfast: provide bulk products, avoiding individual packaging as much as possible. No individual coffee pods.
