This renovated barn, which includes the gîte and the owner's adjoining house, comprises, on the ground floor (with internal steps), a large living room/kitchen with pellet stove, a laundry area, a separate toilet and three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed (160cm) and one of which has a double bed (160cm) and two single beds (90cm).
Each bedroom has its own shower room and WC.

Upstairs, a fourth bedroom with a 160cm bed and two 90cm beds, private shower room/WC and dressing room.

The grounds are not fenced and include a 30m² terrace with garden furniture, gas and charcoal barbecues and sun loungers, a heated swimming pool (5 x 10 m) open from May to September, and a ping-pong table in the courtyard.
