Situated between the Comminges and Couserans regions, our gîte welcomes you to an exceptional natural environment, just 1 hour from Toulouse, Luchon, Val d'Aran (Spain) and Foix, and 30 minutes from Saint-Girons.

Ideal for holidays with family or friends, this country house will win you over with its peace and quiet, its proximity to the mountains and its many outdoor activities.
A detached house with no neighbours, it offers a peaceful setting with a garden and covered terrace under our barn, perfect for relaxing.

Ground floor: cosy living room with sofa and television, and open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen with dining area. Mid-floor: modern bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms with double beds (1 x 160 cm, 2 x 140 cm) and 1 bedroom with bunk beds (sleeps 2).

Just 2 km from the Voie Verte de la Vélo Sud, which links the Atlantic to the Mediterranean, the gîte is ideally located for cyclists and nature lovers.
The ancient medieval town of Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, the spa town of SaIies-du-SaIat and the Arbas valley are just 30 minutes away: potholing, paragliding, hiking, horse-riding, donkey rides, mountain biking and mountain bikes...
The ski resorts of Guzet-Neige (Ariège) and Le Mourtis (Haute Garonne) are just 1 hour away. In winter, you can enjoy downhill skiing, snowshoeing, dog-sledding and tobogganing, while Guzet Neige offers hiking, mountain biking, nature activities and exceptional views in summer.
