More than just a fishing gîte, everything has been done to make your stay unique!
Relax by the water, play a game of pétanque or table tennis... or laze around on the leather sofas in the games and relaxation room (table football, TV, library!).
The gîte is so spacious that everyone can choose to be alone or work together!
The setting is delightful, with its shady lawn, terrace and private 3100m² pond just 200m from the gîte (you can bring your own car) through the orchards. Being in the heart of the Bocage Mayennais means living in harmony with nature and animals large and small, and being surprised by squirrels, deer and kingfishers.
For children, there's no time to get bored with the little tractors, the kitchen area with its dinette, the portico or, for older children, the table tennis table, badminton and volleyball nets.
The Colmont river is 1km away (fishing available with a federal fishing licence).
What can you fish for in the pond? Carp (up to 8 to 12kg), perch, roach, tench. Depth: 3.4m at its deepest, fed by 7 springs, which ensure the same water level at all times.

Shops and services in Ambrières les Vallées (7km) or Gorron, and Mayenne (11km). Bakery at Oisseau 4.6km.

For leisure activities, the Parc de la Colmont (tree course, swin golf, etc.) is 12.4km away, the Parc de Vaux (summer swimming pool, horse riding, etc.) is 7.3km away, and the Haie traversaine (swimming lake, water games, etc.) is 11km away.
Walks along the river Colmont and from Brécé.

And why not take a day trip to Mont Saint Michel 1h20 away (76km)!

1 or 2-night stays in low and mid season, from Friday 4pm to Sunday 4pm.
For stays of 3 nights or more: arrival 4pm - departure 10am.

Business stays: 6 people maximum - compulsory: cleaning charge per stay from 1 to 14 nights (€80) - bed linen charge €15/bed.
