Gîte de la Bellazière

This house in the countryside has been completely restored from a farmhouse and its barn, where we installed the swimming pool. The two buildings are separated by a distance of around twenty metres. The swimming pool is covered and heated (from late March to mid-November, at a minimum temperature of 27°C), so you can swim in all weathers, and is exclusively reserved for you. No sharing, no timetables.
There's also a separate flat for two by the pool, and two lovely sunny terraces with views over the countryside. We offer peace and quiet, no neighbours and all the relaxation you need. La Bellazière sleeps 8 with 4 bedrooms, 3 on the first floor and one on the ground floor, 2 with double beds (140) and two with twin beds (90), 3 shower rooms, 4 WCs. We do not rent the house to several different tenants. You are the master of the house and you can enjoy the swimming pool whenever you like! You will appreciate the large dining/living room and kitchen for 8 people (oven, 2 microwaves, 2 fridges and a freezer), as well as the spacious bedrooms. Cot and high chair. Washing machine and tumble dryer. Sensitive to environmental issues, we have a geothermal borehole and photovoltaic panels; Internet access (fibre.) The house is open all year round, and ready to welcome you for a weekend or a relaxing holiday, with family or friends.
