Florent is a local beekeeper, with hives in various parts of the southern Vendée, in forests, hedgerows and urban areas (thanks to a partnership with the town of Fontenay le Comte and various companies in the southern Vendée committed to protecting bees and the environment),
The honey is produced and harvested with respect for the bees and their work, giving you top-quality artisanal products with preserved flavours and properties.
Gingerbread and sweets are made in autumn, and wax is used to make candles.

Producer's advice :
If the honey crystallises, it should be warmed in a bain-marie to 35°, the ambient temperature of a beehive.
