Domaine Saint Nicolas

Domaine Saint Nicolas is first and foremost a family story.
Situated between land and sea, marsh and forest, the vineyard enjoys an idyllic microclimate between the communes of Ile d'Olonne and Brem sur Mer. 32 hectares of vines flourish on the edge of the salt marshes on schist soils with some clay and a lot of quartz.

The Saint Nicolas vineyard has been certified Biodynamic for 30 years (1995).
