We've been farming organically since 1992.
We offer a wide range of organically-grown vegetables all year round.
The farm covers around twenty hectares, 8 of which are used for vegetables. The rest is pastureland where horses graze, and a forest planted with different species of trees.
In winter, the land is left to rest at the ferme des grands chênes. Almost all the area cultivated with vegetables during the season is sown with green manure. This involves growing plants that help to protect the soil.
Every vegetable has its own season, which is why you'll never find tomatoes in February or strawberries at Christmas.
In all, more than thirty different vegetables grow on our land (aubergine, beetroot, broccoli, carrot, kale, cucumber, courgette, spinach, melon, turnip, watermelon, sweet potato, green/red pepper, potato, rutabaga, lettuce, tomato, etc.).
Come and buy organic, seasonal vegetables direct from the farm.
On sale: eggs, bread, pork, oil, honey, fruit, dried vegetables.
Sale at the farm on Fridays from 2.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.
Also available from Biocoop, wholesalers, organic shops and AMAP.
