On the road to your holiday destination, for 1 night or more, La Semondière offers 3 guest rooms in the owners' house, for 2 to 4 people, all inclusive (beds made, linen, breakfast, utilities). Breakfast is hearty and complete, with homemade products such as jam, eggs, yoghurt and fruit in season.
Each room has a TV and en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet. Wifi internet access.

Chambre Violette 13.4m² with a 140-190cm bed, 3.2m² shower room - 2 people.
Chambre Orange, two areas, one 9.2m² with a 140*190 bed and the second 8.5m² with a 90*190 bed, additional 90*190 trundle bed - 3 to 4 people.
Red bedroom, 16.2m², access from the garden, one 140-190 bed, 8.3m² shower room with Italian shower, hand rail, raised toilet with hand rail, clear washbasin - sleeps 2.
Shared lounge and kitchen area. Fridge, oven, 4 gas rings, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Access to the covered, heated swimming pool from 15 April to 15 October, shared with the occupants of the site (depending on the occupancy of the accommodation, planning possible). Length 6.5m x 3.25m and depth: 1.2m to 1.5m.
Fishermen, 70m from the house, three main ponds 4100m², 900m² and 1700m², stocked with carp, pike, tench, perch, gudgeon, roach, eel and catfish.

If you'd like to bring a group, the 2-hectare park offers other well-distributed accommodation, each with its own private space.
