The private pond, 330 metres from the gîte, is home to carp, roach and tench - a fisherman's paradise! As an added bonus, there's an annex next to the gîte with a sink and fridge, ideal for storing and preparing fish.
If you're looking for entertainment, the town of Laval is just 10 minutes away, with shops, museums, attractions and events all year round.
