Ideal for your stays in small groups, the gite is perfectly located in the heart of Calvados: 10 minutes from Falaise (Civilian Memorial and Castle of William the Conqueror), 25 minutes from Clécy (capital of the Suisse-Normande to practice all outdoor activities), 25 minutes from Caen and 30 minutes from the beach of Ouistreham. For shops and services, the village of Potigny is 5 minutes away

Gite located on the first floor of an unoccupied community hall. Entrance. Living room with sitting area (sofa) and dining area, independent fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom for 2 people (1 bed 160cm), 1 bedroom for 2 people (1 bed 140cm), 1 bedroom for 4 people (2 pull-out beds 80cm and 2 bunk beds 90cm), shower room with WC, bathroom, separate WC. TV. Wifi. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Tennis court and communal soccer field on site. Communal playground at 50 meters. Baby equipment. Reserved parking in front of the gite.
