The region's riches are yours to discover, with the Marais Poitevin Regional Nature Park (Venise Verte 24 km away), the Puy du Fou park (51 km) and the beaches of L'Aiguillon sur Mer (59 km). If you want to go further afield, you can also visit the town of La Rochelle (65 km) or the Futuroscope park (109 km).
This house comprises, on the ground floor, a living room/kitchen with pellet stove, two bedrooms with double beds (160cm), a games room with table football, a shower room, a storeroom, a shower room/WC and a separate WC. On the attic floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (minimum ceiling height: 1m, maximum 1m87) and a final bedroom with a double bed and two single beds (minimum ceiling height: 0.73m, maximum 2m09). Outside, you'll find an enclosed garden with terrace (garden furniture, barbecue) and petanque area (games provided). There is also a parking space in front of the house.

The property is located on the edge of the D30.
