The beach is accessible at low tide, making it ideal for walks. You can join the "Côte sauvage" walking trail (a 9.5km circuit to be discovered in the "Les Belles Echappées" guidebook - information available from the Tourist Office).
The sanitary quality of the water is judged insufficient for bathing.
