Camping l'Ambois

Situated in Mouilleron-le-Captif, in the Vendée, just a few minutes from La Roche-sur-Yon and around thirty kilometres from the beaches of the Atlantic coast, Camping L'Ambois is ideally located for exploring the whole department: The Puy du Fou, Vendée coast, Marais Poitevin, bocage, lakes and châteaux are all within easy reach, whether by car or by bike. The cycle path is just 200m from the campsite.

Set in 3 hectares of lush greenery, your holidays will be all about nature, family, animals and relaxation.

Our water park has 2 heated pools (one indoor and one outdoor) and a large paddling pool for the little ones. Leisure facilities include a city stadium, pedal go-kart track, trampolines, children's play areas, inflatable structures and an XXL chessboard.
The mini farm delights young and old alike, with alpacas, goats, sheep, chickens, ducks, donkeys, rabbits and turkeys. Pony rides are organised every week in summer for the little ones.

In July and August: children's club, children's shows, bingo evenings, films, discos, pétanque tournaments, mussels and chips karaoke evenings, Olympiads, swimming pool nights and much more! Catering: Snack bar with pizza and burger menu

Rental of bare pitches per night from €20 and short-stay or weekly rental accommodation (mobile homes, chalets and gîtes) from €350.

The campsite has been awarded the "Qualité Tourisme", "Clef Verte" and "Accueil Vélo" labels.

Professional stays and groups:
From September to June, the campsite welcomes students and employees on month-to-month contracts for temporary accommodation with all the comforts you need, as well as groups and sports teams competing at Vendespace or Parc Expo des Oudairies.
