The Hocmard watercourse is an affluent to the river Erdre and is currently undergoing a rehabilitation process from E.D.E.N.N., an organisation that strives to protect the natural side of the river Erdre and to keep it navigable. It is an exceptional environment for birds and for the aquatic wildlife. This watercourse marks the frontier between Sucé sur Erdre and La Chapelle sur Erdre. It is formed by the confluence of two streams, the stream of Pas Denion and the stream of Curette.
