Cave Vivante du Champignon
Description
A slide show and a number of displays tell the story of the cellar, the geology of the tufa rock, marine fossils, cave dwellings and local history. You'll also discover how the mushroom farm works, so you'll know all about growing mushrooms! At the end of the tour, your guide will be sure to offer you a tasting of the wines from the family estate Le Clos Saint-Maur.
