A wide, old spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find a living room with exposed beams (1.50 m high) and a mini-billiard table, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and two single beds (90cm), a shower room and a separate toilet. Outside, there is a private terrace overlooking the owners' vegetable garden (garden furniture, barbecue), and access to part of the owners' grounds. There is also private parking for 2 cars in front of the house.

The house is attached to the owners' accommodation.
