This modern gîte, located in the Muscadet vineyards between Nantes and Angers, sleeps up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds).
Measuring 60 m², it has a terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue, as well as a 100 m² enclosed garden with uninterrupted views.

Private parking on the property, an enclosed courtyard for storing your bikes, and a baby chair and cot can be provided.

The house is ideally located for exploring the region. Nearby, you'll find a number of must-see tourist attractions, including the Boissière du Doré Zoo, just 2.5 km away.
Just 10 minutes away, don't miss Champtoceaux, an ancient medieval town with superb views over the Loire.
Take advantage of your stopover to discover the Muscadet vineyards and the banks of the Loire near Ancenis.
You can also take a cruise on the Loire or explore the region's charming villages. For cycling enthusiasts, a section of the Loire à Vélo is just 12km from the gîte. And for wine lovers, the Muscadet vineyards of Vallet and Layon are nearby.

In the Nantes vineyards, Clisson, a charming Italian-style town with a medieval castle, is 27 minutes away, as are the banks of the Sèvre nantaise and the HELLFEST site, which is open all year round.
Just 30 minutes away is Nantes, with its iconic sites such as the Machines de l'île, the château, the Passage Pommeraye and the picturesque Trentemoult district, accessible by shuttle boat.

A little further afield, the Atlantic coast, just an hour and 15 minutes away, is ideal for a seaside excursion.
