On her organic micro-farm, Eva grows aromatic and medicinal plants, as well as a vegetable garden. She harvests the plants by hand, then distils them in a still to obtain hydrolats, create floral waters and formulate natural cosmetics. She also makes traditional syrups from plants such as black elder, rosemary and mint.
