Goélia Résidence Royal Park

Located in the wooded area of La Baule-les-Pins, the Goélia "Royal Park" holiday residence comprises 24 flats and is ideally situated around 300 m from the beach.

It comprises small 4-storey buildings with lift, set in 4 hectares of wooded parkland. Some flats have large terraces or balconies.

Walking and cycling routes start from the residence, golf course less than 3 km away, thalassotherapy centre 5 minutes away.

On site, two outdoor swimming pools and a children's pool, open from 28 April to 28 September, one of which is heated to 24°C from 15/06 to 15/09.


Short stays possible. Included in the price: water and electricity charges, access to the two swimming pools and the children's pool, television, one outdoor parking space, loan of baby equipment (bed, chair or bath). Small pets allowed at extra cost. Supermarket 100m from the residence, bread and pastries baked daily.
